counterhubdisplays.com (“CounterHub Displays,” “we,” “us”) is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Elida, Ohio. We are an authorized reseller of Expolinc AB exhibition systems and accessories. Expolinc® is a registered trademark of Expolinc AB. This site is not operated by or affiliated with Expolinc AB.

By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The site is designed for businesses (marketing teams, agencies, event planners) but individual purchases are welcome on the same terms.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your shipping address.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order if we cannot verify the order details, if production capacity is constrained, or if your artwork file cannot be printed acceptably and you decline to revise it. In those cases we will not capture payment and your card will not be charged.

Payment is authorized when you place your order but is not captured until we approve your artwork (for printable orders) or confirm inventory (for hardware-only orders). The authorization typically clears within one business day.

By uploading artwork for a printable order, you confirm that the file meets our artwork specifications and that you hold all rights necessary to print the artwork (copyright, trademark, model and likeness releases, etc.).

Our team reviews each uploaded file before production. If we identify a problem (low resolution, color mode, missing bleed), we’ll contact you with options. Once you approve the artwork and we capture payment, the order goes to production.

Most printed orders ship within 5 business days of artwork approval. This is an estimate based on typical production schedules; we’ll contact you if anything will delay it. The 5-day figure is not a contractual commitment, and we are not responsible for incidental losses if the timing doesn’t hit a specific date.

Custom prints are non-returnable but covered against print defects for 30 days. Hardware may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. Hardware also carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects via Expolinc. The full policy and process for each is on the refund policy page.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to print any artwork you upload. By uploading, you represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use the artwork, and you agree to indemnify CounterHub Displays and Expolinc AB against any claim that printing your file infringes a third party’s rights.

We do not claim ownership of your artwork. Your files are stored in private encrypted storage and shared only with the production partners required to fulfill your order. See our privacy policy for retention and handling details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed event opportunities, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from delayed, defective, or undelivered orders.

If your order is a critical input to a fixed-date trade show, place it with enough buffer time to allow for our reprint policy in the event of a defect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the bottom of this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
