Privacy policy.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Contact details — name, email, phone number (optional), and company name (if you provide one).
• Shipping and billing addresses — for delivery and tax calculation.
• Payment details — collected directly by Stripe. We do not see, touch, or store your full card number. Stripe returns a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card we can use for receipts and refunds.
• Uploaded artwork files — for printable orders only.
• Basic browser and session data — cart contents, admin session cookies, and the like. Required for the site to function.

We use your information for these purposes only:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Send transactional emails — order confirmation, artwork review, shipment tracking, refund or warranty correspondence
• Respond to customer service questions you initiate
• Maintain accurate financial and tax records as required by law

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, and we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in specifically. There is no “marketing” mailing list at this time.

To fulfill your order, your information is shared with the following service providers, each of whom is contractually obligated to use your data only for the stated purpose:

• Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation
• Expolinc AB and authorized third-party fulfillment and printing partners — order production, including custom printing on uploaded artwork files
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare R2 — secure private storage for artwork files
• Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) — physical delivery
• Vercel — site hosting and infrastructure

Artwork files are stored in a private encrypted bucket and are not publicly accessible. When we forward an order to production, the file is shared with Expolinc and the specific print partner handling your job via a time-limited signed link.

We keep your artwork on file for one year after order completion so reorders and reprints can be processed quickly. After one year, files are deleted automatically. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing info@counterhubdisplays.com.

• Order records (totals, addresses, line items) — kept for 7 years as required by tax and accounting law
• Artwork files — 1 year after order completion, then deleted
• Payment data (card last four, transaction ID) — retained by Stripe per their policy; we retain the transaction reference for refund and dispute handling
• Email records — until you ask us to delete them

We use minimal cookies:

• Cart cookies — remember items you’ve added so they’re still there when you return
• Admin session cookies — keep us logged into our own admin area
• Stripe cookies — required for the payment form to work

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, retargeting cookies, or any third-party advertising trackers at this time.

You can request any of the following at any time:

• A copy of the personal data we have about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your personal data — with the exception of order and financial records we’re required to retain for tax purposes
• Earlier deletion of your stored artwork files

Email info@counterhubdisplays.com with the request and we’ll respond within 10 business days.

CounterHub Displays is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, email us and we’ll delete it.

We may revise this policy as our service changes. The “last updated” date at the bottom reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days after the change.
